Cooling is by air cooled, fully balanced, long life mechanical systems, with single or
double stages (as required ) using hermetically sealed compressors and 
environment friendly, non- CFC gases
For double stage systems, necessary safety cut-offs
are built - in to allow unattended operation
Built-in Voltage Stabilizer with high & low voltage cut-off is provided to protect 
compressors from erratic power supply

Powder coated, compact, double color exterior with pipe framework & sheet covers, 
with large powder coated aluminum top
Lid with requisite ports to accommodate 8 probes of dia up to 19 mm freely and 1 port for reference thermometer
Optional adapters to hold probes of smaller dia
Easy to operate & maintain, with detachable controller for ease-of-recalibration
Available in two formats - floor standing (shown alongside) with wheels for easy mobility and table top

Lowest temperatures typically reach within 90 to 120 minutes, at an ambient of 27oC to 30oC. The lowest reachable  temperature varies with ambient temperature, quality & nature of tank media and level of equipment maintenance. An air-conditioned environment is most suited, though not absolutely necessary.

While calculating space requirements based on the above data, please take into account free air circulation space of at least 300 mm on all sides of the equipment.

Suggested tank liquids are distilled water for operating temperatures above 5oC and good quality methanol for operating temperatures below 5oC.

The Digital Temperature Display is calibrated at our factory against thermometers which have calibration certificates traceable to national standards. Calibration Certificates from a Government of India lab, traceable to national standards for individual equipment can be given, at extra cost.

It is suggested that models with Cat. No. IRI 014 H & IRI 014 I are used consistently only at temperatures lower than -20oC, and only intermittently for higher temperatures.
